Stress be gone
How do you handle stress? Hopefully not by this illustration. There are many wonderful techniques you can use to reduce stress. Here are a few I like to use:
1. Slow deep breaths while counting to ten
2. Meditate
3. Go for a walk
4. Yoga
5. Squeeze an object tightly such as a rubber ball or twist a towel
6. Get a massage
7. Take a nap
8. Vent to my hubby and/or friend
9. Read a book
10. Drink a cup of hot tea (I prefer either green or black tea)
